The crew worked like a well-oiled machine yesterday Gino.  I was so amazed with their efficient teamwork and how they laid down that asphalt.  Very cool to watch.

I would like to say thank you for an excellent job.  Your preparation crew did an excellent job even taking the time to bury the electric fence for the dog.  The asphalt crew did an outstanding job, they were very professional and ensured the everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. We have received numerous comments on the driveway which lead to one of our friends getting thier driveway paved.

 A special thanks to Gino for his time on this job, he really was a pleasure to work with. We had a small issue with drainage (bird bath) at the end of our driveway that we informed Gino about and it was fixed within 2 business days. The time to complete the job (prep, pave and to fix the issue) was extremely quick and we are appreciative of that.

The fellas just finished and made off for the day. I have to say my friend. It was a sight to see. The boys worked like a well oiled machine. It was like they were reading each other's minds. Everyone knew their job as well as the other fella's. 

They were in and out in just a few hours. I pretty much watched the entire process. Very professional. It looks great too. They were very picky about every detail. They were also very pleasant and polite, for a bunch of dudes working in hot asphalt in the hot sun.

We were very pleased with your approach  and professionalism... We heard all the sales pitches and only yours and one other really seemed to be someone that we were willing to deal with. The work progressed quite well. The "Prep Crew" were quick, polite, flexible and very capable. The Paving Crew also were quick, hard working polite and professional.

I was very pleased with the entire process and the product itself. Specifically on the driveway I can say that ARC was competitive in their pricing. Having the grader, your own asphalt plan, and a “true” road crew was very appealing to me because of the size of my job. The end result is very, very handsome...better in fact than I had anticipated! The service experience was also excellent. There was a small issue with some edge support to the asphalt, but this was limited to one small area and it was addressed with priority and no runaround whatsoever.

Gino was a pleasure to work with all the way around. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he made us feel that we were a priority and important the entire time... I can’t say enough about how good Gino’s customer service skills are...you have a keeper there for sure!

Finally, I will make a point of speaking up about ARC any time I hear of someone looking to do paving... My basketball playing, scooter driving 10-year-old is delighted and my Harley Davidson thanks you for sparing it the dust and wipeout hazard!
